The road to avoiding antitrust problems is twistier now due to Covid-19. Robins Kaplan attorneys Stephen Safranski and Eric Barstad say this year many businesses find themselves in seemingly uncharted territory, with relatively little antitrust guidance for mitigating pandemic-related business disruptions.
