Carrie Lambert is a skilled intellectual property and business attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation, enforcement, and transactional matters. She advises clients on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and contract disputes across industries like consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. As chair of Professional Development at Robins Kaplan, Carrie is passionate about mentoring the next generation of exceptional trial attorneys. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter, where she was recently named a Notable Nonprofit Board Member by Twin Cities Business.
With over a decade of experience, Manleen Singh is a trusted advisor to businesses on all aspects of corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, international deals, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation, and general business counseling. She represents clients across diverse sectors such as retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing. As the chair of Robins Kaplan’s Attorneys of Color Resource Group, Manleen is deeply committed to mentoring diverse legal talent. She also serves on the Board of RIA, Inc., a nonprofit organization in Massachusetts dedicated to supporting women with experience in the commercial sex trade, reflecting her strong commitment to community service.
