Steven Carlson Named Northern California Super Lawyer for Ninth Consecutive Year

According to Super Lawyers, the selection process for this award is a comprehensive, good-faith, and detailed attempt to produce a list of lawyers who have attained high peer recognition, meet ethical standards, and have demonstrated some degree of achievement in their field. No more than five percent of attorneys can be recognized as "Super Lawyers" in any given year.

Carlson is an intellectual property litigator with extensive national and international experience, specializing in patent litigation, trade secret matters, and copyright disputes. With a deep understanding of the technology driving his clients' businesses, he works closely with tech companies to protect and advance their unique interests. A thought leader and educator, Carlson has authored numerous articles and books on patent litigation, including co-authoring “Patent Litigation Through the Unified Patent Court and German Courts: An International Handbook” in 2023. He has also been listed in the past six editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
