Firm Ranks Highly in Corporate Counsel's 2012 Patent Litigation Survey
The firm ranks fourth on the list of top plaintiff’s firms and is in the 19th spot on the list of “The Busiest Firms Overall.”
November 28, 2012
MINNEAPOLIS (November 28, 2012) – Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that the firm has ranked highly in the 2012 Corporate Counsel Patent Litigation Survey. The firm ranks fourth on the list of top plaintiff’s firms and is in the 19th spot on the list of “The Busiest Firms Overall.” Corporate Counsel is an ALM publication.
"Being one of the top four firms representing IP rights holders on the list is a recognition of our national reputation and is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our attorneys on behalf of our clients every day,” said Ronald J. Schutz, Chair of the Firm’s National Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
Earlier this year, Corporate Counsel contacted more than 300 law firms and asked them to provide the publication with a list of patent lawsuits they either filed on behalf of plaintiffs in federal district court in 2011 or were hired to defend against. To be considered for this survey, the cases in question had to be active as of the end of 2011.
