The Robins Kaplan Spotlight
The Robins Kaplan Spotlight is a newsletter of the firm’s Wealth Planning, Administration, and Fiduciary Disputes Group created to provide a forum to discuss the latest news and other issues impacting the trusts and estates community.
Fiduciary disputes come in many varieties, but they share some consistent themes that involve the erosion of trust, high emotion, and opportunities—sometimes missed—for creative pproaches to avoid or resolve litigation. As practitioners and teachers of fiduciary law, our attorneys have built a reputation for excellence in meeting the needs of individuals and rganizations facing complex fiduciary issues, starting with the transactional and estate planning work that can mitigate risk from the beginning. We counsel individuals and business owners in a broad range of fiduciary issues, from estate planning and business succession, to dispute resolution and litigation when unavoidable.
