Discovery & E-Discovery Best Practices

On Wednesday, June 21, Michele Detherage and Taylore Karpa Schollard spoke at the Massachusetts CLE program titled, “Discovery & E-Discovery Best Practices.” This program reviewed the applicable Massachusetts and federal rules for discovery and e-discovery and offers insight into effectively using those rules to your advantage. Panelists discussed their experiences propounding discovery requests, negotiating discovery and e-discovery stipulations with opposing counsel, and drafting responsiveness and privilege review protocols. Panelists also offered practical insights regarding best practices for selecting and working with e-discovery vendors and contract reviewers while minimizing costs for your clients.
