Overview
Tony Schrank is a trial lawyer, husband, father, and Robins Kaplan partner who helps people who have been wronged by another party. He has focused his entire career on helping clients who have been injured, and representing families who have lost loved ones to wrongful death. People who have been injured, or families who have lost a loved one, are often involuntarily thrown into a legal system that many find uncomfortable and intimidating. Tony puts clients at ease by communicating and guiding them through the legal process every step of the way. His clients appreciate his dedication, advocacy, and experience that enable them to focus on their grief rather than legal matters.
Tony has handled over 100 depositions, argued dispositive and significant motions, first chaired arbitrations, held successful mediations, and has a proven track record litigating cases to verdict with settlements and judgments in excess of a million dollars. Before joining Robins Kaplan, Tony held a private personal injury practice in Anoka, Minnesota.
