Our History
Robins Kaplan LLP has supported the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion since its founding in 1938 by two Jewish attorneys who faced exclusion from established law firms during the Great Depression. They built a firm where all attorneys were welcome and could thrive, perform meaningful work, and advance equal access to justice—commitments that remain deeply embedded in our DNA.
