Rudy Gresham is a seasoned and driven Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional with over seven years of experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and initiatives that foster and consolidate a company's culture and help translate corporate values into everyday behavior. She’s a results-driven professional with a demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, she served as the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at an AmLaw 100 firm and began her career in DEI at a community mental health center in Denver, CO. Rudy graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Gender Studies and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) with The Society for Diversity, highlighting her commitment to maintaining high standards in the field.
