Ashley Emershaw is an Economic Research Analyst in the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. In this role, Ashley creates frameworks for economic allegations regarding companies and industries involved in antitrust cases. She analyzes, evaluates and monitors industry consolidation. She uses empirical evidence to analyze the validity and strength of potentially collusive behavior and assists with econometric modeling and respective analysis to solve questions regarding anticompetitive behavior in various product and labor markets.
