Tommy Du (Los Angeles) is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on complex business and commercial litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, achieving significant victories across industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, real estate, and retail. Tommy has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, including complete trial judgments in favor of his clients and substantial recoveries on counterclaims. His strategic litigation approach has also helped clients secure critical wins, such as the complete denial of preliminary injunction requests in Lanham Act and unfair competition cases. He recently helped secure a sweeping victory for disabled homeless veterans in a landmark ruling that mandates significant changes, including improved housing and access to healthcare, at the West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs Campus.

Rajin Olson (Minneapolis) is an experienced trial attorney specializing in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trade secret, copyright, and licensing disputes. He has successfully litigated complex technology matters both against and for some of the largest companies in the world, addressing cutting-edge technologies such as mobile communications, semiconductors, and video streaming. A licensed patent attorney, Rajin also has ample experience in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Whether through negotiated resolutions or litigation through trial, Rajin’s business-focused strategies prioritize achieving his clients’ goals efficiently and effectively. Rajin also maintains a pro bono immigration litigation practice in collaboration with the Binger Center for New Americans at the University of Minnesota Law School, focusing largely on immigration detainee rights and relief, as well as pro bono transgender advocacy.
