Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to sponsor the USC Gould School of Law 2025 Intellectual Property Institute taking place on March 17-18, 2025. The theme this year is Safeguarding IP in Changing Times. The event brings together national speakers to discuss sophisticated topics related to copyright, patent, and trademark law. Our partner and Executive Board member David Martinez serves on the planning committee for the USC Gould School of Law 2025 IP Institute.

On Tuesday, March 18, David Martinez will moderate a panel discussion at the event titled, “Cutting-Edge Enforcement Through Schedule A Litigation.” This session will focus on the unique challenges of Schedule A litigation, often used in combating counterfeiters and online infringers of trademarks.
