Our History
At Robins Kaplan LLP, diversity, equity, and inclusion are foundational to who we are. Since our founding in 1938 by two young Jewish attorneys who faced exclusion from established law firms during the Great Depression, we have championed fairness and access. They built a firm where underrepresented attorneys could thrive, perform meaningful work, and ensure justice for all—a commitment that remains deeply embedded in our DNA.
