On Monday, May 20, Brandon Vaughn and Navin Ramalingam will speak on a panel titled, “The Present and Future of DEI - A Law Student and New Lawyer Perspective” as part of the 2024 Race & Equity Series presented by the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association. Brandon will provide a leadership perspective on what legal organizations should be preparing for and doing to support the changing landscape of lawyer demographics, and Navin will share his experiences and perspectives on the challenges and needs of diverse attorneys, and what they expect from supervisors, employers, and the overall culture of law around DEI.
