On Behalf of Best Buy, Obtained Dismissal of Nationwide False Advertising Class Action Challenging Marketing of “LED” Televisions

Ferrari v. Best Buy Co., Inc. (D. Minn)

Robins Kaplan successfully defended Best Buy in putative nationwide false-advertising lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and challenging the marketing of “LED” televisions. After obtaining a ruling dismissing nearly all of Plaintiff’s claims for lack of standing, 2015 WL 2242128 (D. Minn. May 12, 2015), the case was voluntarily dismissed.
