$1.86 Million Awarded After Train Derailment

A jury decided that Canadian Pacific Railway must pay four people nearly $1.86 million for injuries they suffered as a result of a 2002 derailment near Minot, North Dakota. that spilled a cloud of anhydrous ammonia.
