On Tuesday, December 12, William Manske and Derrick Carman presented at the Connecticut Bar Association Intellectual Property Section CLE program titled, “Ethics Check-In! – USPTO Insight and Practical Implications of AI.” The panel covered the practical implications of artificial intelligence in litigation and intellectual property practices generally in hopes of fostering discussion around this evolving technology and the ethical issues practitioners should be aware of.
