On Tuesday, May 3, 2022 Robins Kaplan LLP, the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities conducted the 12th Annual Disability Justice Seminar. This year’s complimentary CLE featured a panel of experts who discussed supported decision-making and its role in promoting choice, protecting rights and avoiding guardianship for people living with disabilities.
