On January 24, Kellie Lerner and Will Reiss served as moderators for a panel at the New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting. The panel discussed the topic, “Should the Antitrust Laws Be Used to Promote Societal Change? An Exploration of the Intersection Between Antitrust Enforcement and the Promotion of Environment and Societal Welfare.”

This seven-day, CLE virtual conference will take place from January 18-21 and January 24-28, 2022 and will cover a wide range of legal topics. The Antitrust Law Section – Part 1 will begin on Friday, Jan. 21 and pick back up with The Antitrust Law Section – Part 2 on Monday, Jan. 24. All Section, Committee, and Task Force programs were delivered virtually, with over 30 individual programs being offered.
