Robins Kaplan LLP is proud to be a 2020 sponsor for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Minnesota, including the virtual In-House Counsel Conference taking place June 18-19, 2020.

On Thursday, June 18, from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT, Patrick Arenz and Emily Niles will participate in the panel, “From Contract to Courtroom: Lessons Learned in Contract Litigation and Trials.” By examining several public cases through the lens of in-house counsel, outside counsel, and the jury, presenters will identify how problems in IP, licensing, royalty, and acquisition agreements play out in litigation, arbitration, and—ultimately—trial, as well as over-arching contracting principles for better negotiation and drafting of agreements in today’s unique business environment and beyond.
