Pa Houa is responsible for all aspects of attorney recruiting, including the administration of the summer associate program. Pa Houa also works closely with the firm’s Talent Team to enhance attorney hiring, retention, and advancement efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, Pa Houa was a practicing attorney and worked in various human resources positions. She has a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.S. in Human Resources Management.
