Travis K. Waller

Travis brings a sophisticated understanding of policy and the law, a breadth of experience, and a keen eye for detail to the matters he handles. Travis’s practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation. His experience covers a wide range of technologies and industries, including biotechnology and the life sciences, as well as battery technology, lighting, software, and telecommunications. Travis has worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well as private inventors, both domestically and abroad, and across a diverse array of venues.
