Lee Ann Thigpen is an experienced litigator with over 20 years of experience serving clients both nationwide and internationally in complex insurance coverage disputes. Her practice focuses primarily on representing insurers and reinsurers in construction and energy-related industries. Lee Ann also represents clients in high stakes, large loss subrogation claims, resulting in the recovery of more than $13 million for her clients in recent years. 

Lee Ann’s attention to detail and concise analysis in the evaluation of claims makes her a valued business partner to the clients she represents. She is licensed to practice in multiple states including Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Mississippi State Bar.
