Represented tribal court officials in a federal lawsuit regarding tribal jurisdiction over an energy company doing business on a reservation. WPX Energy Williston, LLC v. Jones, 72 F.4th 834 (8th Cir. 2023).
Represented a tribe in a lawsuit seeking a declaration that the federal government owed a treaty and trust duty to provide healthcare to the tribe.
