Experience
Stephanie Quartararo is a litigation attorney focused on business and commercial litigation. She has represented a range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, individuals, and government agencies, in every aspect of litigation. Stephanie regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and intellectual property matters as well as matters involving property insurance litigation and insurance coverage. She has obtained both recoveries for plaintiffs and dismissals of lawsuits for defendants in a variety of cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie defended individuals, officials, governmental entities, and corporations in various matters including civil rights, employment, and business disputes. Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. During law school, Stephanie clerked for the Orange County District Attorney’s office, a technology firm, and a civil litigation firm. She also represented victims of domestic violence in family law and restraining order proceedings.
