Overview

Nicole Olson is an Associate Attorney in the Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group at Robins Kaplan LLP. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, Nicole worked for local patent prosecution firms, focusing on medical device technology. She also participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic, where she advised clients on patent, copyright, and trademark matters, and the Housing Clinic, where she helped clients expunge evictions from their records.

Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Nicole served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Klein in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District. Before going to law school, she spent four years working in product development laboratories at 3M with a focus on electromagnetic material analysis.
