Overview

Mr. Ackerman is experienced in working with the firm's litigation teams to strategically review and analyze documents for purposes of production and privilege, as well as implementing review strategies and techniques that increase efficiency and minimize costs to our clients.

Mr. Ackerman also works with the firm’s litigation teams on other fact development and discovery projects, including government and regulatory requests, internal investigations, deposition preparation and the creation of privilege logs.

While Mr. Ackerman’s recent work has largely been on antitrust matters, he has worked on a diverse range of matters, covering a wide breadth of practice areas, from patent litigation to insurance coverage, and business litigation to mass tort.
