Overview

As a Discovery Attorney, Mr. Lee works with the firm's litigation teams to strategically review and analyze documents for the purposes of production and privilege.  He leads document review teams and implements review strategies and techniques that increase efficiency and minimize costs. He develops a thorough understanding of the factual and legal issues of each case to provide meaningful and substantive feedback regarding facts and documents.

Mr. Lee has worked on a wide range of legal matters including business litigation, internal investigations, pharmaceutical cases, patent litigation, and entertainment cases.   His knowledgeable experience in Ediscovery enables him to not only lead reviews but also to create privilege logs and prepare deposition kits as well as find key evidence within documents.
