Mary C. McKinley
Overview
Mary comes to her work with Robins Kaplan with extensive prior experience in litigation and the discovery process. Following law school, Mary clerked in Minnesota state and federal courts. Later in her role as an assistant attorney general, Mary represented the State of Minnesota for more than ten years in utilities matters, consumer protection cases, and civil litigation across the state.
Since joining Robins Kaplan, Mary has spent significant time leading document review teams in complex RMBS and business litigation matters. She draws from her prior experience to identify relevant evidence and manage the unique challenges of discovery in each case.
Mary knows that the specter of discovery can be intimidating to potential litigants, and loves to share the advanced tools and strategies that can be employed to create efficiencies and meet discovery obligations within schedule and budgets.
