Overview

An experienced Discovery Attorney, Emma Murray works with legal teams to determine strategies that create efficiencies and consistencies during the discovery process.  She assists legal teams and their clients in managing and reviewing vast amounts of electronic and other data to respond to critical events such as litigation or investigations. She also assists with deposition and pre-trial preparation.

Ms. Murray has worked on a wide range of legal matters including patent litigation, antitrust and general business litigation cases. Working with the legal team, she develops a thorough understanding of the factual and legal issues of the case to provide a meaningful and substantive review under a discovery request or a government or internal investigation.

Ms. Murray graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2002. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, she worked at another large law firm in Minneapolis working on and managing large-scale document review projects.
