Overview

A broadly experienced discovery attorney at Robins Kaplan, Mr. Hubbard works with the firm's litigation teams to strategically examine and analyze documents for purposes of production and privilege, as well as helping to implement review strategies and techniques that increase efficiency and minimize costs to our clients.

Mr. Hubbard has over 14 years of experience in many aspects of the discovery phase of litigation, including the production of client documents, the strategic and cost effective examination of opposing and third party documents, the drafting of defensible privilege logs, focused deposition preparation, and significant experience with Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA.

Mr. Hubbard has worked on matters across many practice groups at Robins Kaplan such as patent litigation, pharmaceutical matters including Hatch-Waxman cases, complex business litigation, highly sensitive internal investigations, and entertainment cases. Mr. Hubbard’s ability to manage and quickly focus discovery teams has allowed legal teams to complete different phases of the discovery process ahead of schedule and under budget.
