Overview

Michael Collier has represented a wide of range of clients throughout his legal practice, with a focus on insurance coverage and complex litigation. He has defended insurers and their insureds through multiple stages of litigation including federal removals, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and appeals. His current practice focuses on assisting commercial insurers with first-party coverage matters. 

Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Michael started his legal career at a firm in Dallas. While there, Michael was exposed to a large variety of cases, ranging from contract disputes to Texas oilfield drilling injuries.
