Overview

Mark Hallberg is an accomplished trial attorney who has over 41 years of experience serving people who have been injured or suffered wrongful death due to medical errors, automobile negligence, and defective medical products. He has tried over 75 jury trials to verdict and has negotiated several multi-million dollar settlements.

In addition, Mark has taught the medical malpractice course at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, serving as an adjunct professor since 1998.

Mark is a member of many prestigious professional associations. He has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and by the Minnesota State Bar Association for over 25 years. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
