Lauren J. Coppola

Lauren Coppola is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial, telecommunications, and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as regulatory bodies across the United States. She recently secured an overturn of a Federal Communications Commission order as arbitrary and capricious before a panel at the 9th Circuit.

Achieved favorable settlement for one of the world’s largest conference calling companies in license dispute concerning complex intellectual property. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)

Counsel for Tribally owned telephone company in South Dakota in multiple disputes in federal court and administrative proceedings. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)

Negotiated settlements in favor of general contractor who defaulted on large scale Boston public construction contract. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)

Attained judgment for breach of commercial lease and defended against eminent domain defenses. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)

Obtained jury verdict against business owner for breach of non-competition agreement and asset purchase agreement. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)
