Lauren Coppola is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial, telecommunications, and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as regulatory bodies across the United States. She has an innate ability to simplify complex cases into manageable issues that appellate judges can comprehend. She recently secured an overturn of a Federal Communications Commission order as arbitrary and capricious before a panel at the 9th Circuit.

Counsel for Tribally owned telephone company in South Dakota in multiple disputes in federal court and administrative proceedings. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)
Negotiated settlements in favor of general contractor who defaulted on large scale Boston public construction contract. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)
