Overview

Kristin Mapel Bloomberg collaborates with professionals across the firm’s practice groups, including attorneys, paralegals, and assistants; the Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development teams; and others. She executes legal research, business research, competitive intelligence research, and administrative research using electronic and print resources to produce in-depth analysis of litigation trends and parties, companies, industries, markets, and competitors, and delivers objective and meaningful insights in a concise and compelling way. She serves as a resource to all members of the firm needing document or text retrieval, database instruction, or assistance locating and securing interlibrary loans.

An award-winning historian focusing on women’s early legal and political activism, Kristin earned her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After many years in academia, she joined Robins Kaplan in 2022 and applies her expertise in archival research, subject matter exploration, and document analysis to define tailored research questions and discover actionable data in support of strategic decisions.
