Kaitlin Ek is an attorney in the firm’s business litigation practice group. She has experience representing clients in motions practice, evidentiary hearings, mediation, trials, and appeals.

Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Kaitlin was an associate at a small firm in Minneapolis specializing in white-collar criminal defense. Before that, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Gerrard of the United States District Court of Nebraska and the Honorable Jane L. Kelly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
