Overview

Joe Janochoski is a trial attorney dedicated to providing clients with creative, effective litigation strategies and compelling trial presentations. He focuses his practice on complex business and health care litigation and brings a practical approach to nuanced legal issues to help clients achieve their business goals, no matter how large or small the dispute. Joe has appeared at every stage of litigation in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, and has represented clients in pre-suit evaluations, case initiation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Prior to litigating, Joe served as a law clerk to Justice Paul Thissen on the Minnesota Supreme Court, and Judge Susan Richard Nelson at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Joe uses his extensive experience in complex litigation, persuasive advocacy, and in-depth legal research to help clients build, execute, and ultimately win their cases, no matter where, or in what forum, the case takes place.

Joe attended law school at the University of Minnesota, where he graduated magna cum laude with a concentration in civil litigation. While in law school, Joe served on the Minnesota Law Review and competed both regionally and nationally with the school’s mock trial team. In addition to representing clients in complex litigation, he currently serves as an adjunct professor of law for the mock trial team at the University of Minnesota Law School.
