Thomas Van de Laarschot
Overview
Tom is experienced in training and working with teams of review attorneys to implement an accurate and cost-effective document review. He has worked on projects ranging from small teams to dozens of attorneys analyzing hundreds of thousands of documents. He acts as a resource for the legal team in identifying and condensing information and key issues arising during the discovery process, including privilege logs and depositions.
Tom has significant experience regarding multi-billion dollar financial and securities cases, gaining expertise on residential mortgage backed securities, the 2008 financial crisis, credit rating agencies, and similar issues. He has also worked on cases involving other subject matters as well, varying from insurance to cryptocurrency.
