Linda Banks has over 25 years of legal and technical experience.

She is currently the Director of Electronic Discovery Services for Robins Kaplan LLP, where she oversees a department of highly effective Consultants, Project Managers, and technologists who provide database and analytic services to the firm’s attorneys and clients.

She brings expertise and a deep bench of experience in her role, and has overseen the development of customizable workflows and analytic applications which are used to provide streamlined, defensible solutions to our clients.

Linda has written articles on Ediscovery pitfalls and best practices, contributed to the District of Minnesota’s Electronic Discovery Guide for Practitioners, and served as a panelist and presenter at Ediscovery and legal conferences across North America.
