Overview

Caroline is an associate of the Mass Tort National Practice Group in the New York office, where her practice is focused on representing individuals harmed by corporate and institutional misconduct. Since starting at Robins Kaplan, Caroline has contributed to the early stages of the Exactech MDL, which involves joint total replacements that were recalled due to accelerated wear. Caroline also works on the firm’s child sex abuse cases against institutions that have enabled the abuse to occur. Outside of her regular practice, Caroline focuses her pro bono work on cases involving housing law.

Caroline is a 2022 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and worked at the New York State Attorney General’s Office, Children’s Defense Fund, and Bronx Legal Services. Prior to law school, she began her legal career working as an assistant to a probate litigator in Boston, Massachusetts.
