Overview

Caitlin Keiper is an attorney in the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. She focuses her practice on antitrust, class action, and other complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Caity worked at a Minneapolis law firm handling antitrust and consumer protection class actions and multidistrict litigation. She clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Robert J. Lynn, gaining invaluable research and writing skills that she now applies to complex, high-stakes litigation.

Caity also worked at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, in the Criminal Appeals Unit. She served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, successfully litigating appeals before the First Circuit and providing important guidance on appellate strategy. Her work at the U.S. Attorney's Office reflects her dedication to excellence, as demonstrated by her recognition as a two-time recipient of the Excellence in Justice Award for outstanding effort and dedication.
