Lauren Coppola is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial, telecommunications, and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as regulatory bodies across the United States. Lauren has handled complex appeals in both state and federal courts covering a diverse range of issues. Utilizing her experience and knowledge of appellate procedure, she is able to unravel the complexities of each case in order to present a clear argument to the court. She has an innate ability to simplify complex cases into manageable issues that appellate judges can comprehend. She recently secured an overturn of a Federal Communications Commission order as arbitrary and capricious before a panel at the 9th Circuit.
