Overview

Robins Kaplan Associate Brandon O. Redmon is an Attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Group. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

While at Minnesota Law, Mr. Redmon distinguished himself through his leadership and advocacy. He competed as a member of the mock trial team, served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, and contributed to the Racial Justice Law Clinic as both a certified student attorney and student director.

Before law school, Mr. Redmon earned his degree from UC Berkeley, where he demonstrated his commitment to community initiatives through several leadership roles. He was a board member of Berkeley’s Underground Scholars Initiative and President of the Student Parent Association for Recruitment and Retention, programs dedicated to expanding educational access to formerly incarcerated and underrepresented students.

During his free time, Mr. Redmon can be found making music with his vintage recording equipment, listening to classic jazz records while cooking for family and friends, or meandering in a mall with his wife, Crystal, and at least one of their four teenaged children.
