Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy Wenger has been promoted to Counsel.

Based in the firm’s Boston office, Wenger represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience in areas such as commercial transactions, real estate, shareholder disputes, construction, and employment.

Wenger is deeply committed to pro bono work and was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s High Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2023. He has also been recognized as a "New England Rising Star" and a "Massachusetts Rising Star" by Super Lawyers. In addition to his legal work, Wenger is an active member of his community, currently serving as a board member for Mount Alvernia Academy.
