Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that it has been ranked among the top 15 firms in the nation for pro bono work according to The American Lawyer’s annual pro bono survey, which highlights the AmLaw 200 firms with the deepest commitment to pro bono work.

In 2023, Robins Kaplan provided over 19,500 hours of pro bono service in partnership with over 60 nonprofit organizations.

Over the past year, the firm’s pro bono matters have included achieving favorable outcomes on behalf of veterans experiencing homelessness; protecting the Boundary Waters, the largest wilderness area east of the Rocky Mountains; partnering with OutFront Minnesota to offer a recurring transgender name change clinic; recovering unpaid wages; helping low-income tenants facing eviction; and assisting asylum applicants fleeing persecution in their home countries.
