MINNEAPOLIS (March 5, 2012) -  Tara Sutton, Chair of the Mass Tort Group at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., has been selected by HB Litigation Conferences to Co-Chair its upcoming Food, Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference.  The conference, which takes place in Minneapolis, is scheduled for April 23-24, 2012.

The conference sessions, which will be guided by leading litigators, experienced in-house counsel, and subject matter experts, are designed to help attendees improve case outcomes, foster earlier resolutions, and limit future exposures.

Ms. Sutton's experience includes: Trial practice focusing on representing individuals harmed by the pharmaceutical and medical device industry; Currently litigating cases involving the drug Vioxx; Lead trial counsel in Mirapex Multi-District Litigation; Member, Law and Motions Committee, DePuy ASR Multi-District Litigation; Member, Science Committee and Discovery Committee, Vioxx Multi-District Litigation; and Plaintiffs' Executive Committee.
