He gained national recognition for securing a landmark $269.4 million jury verdict for Celador International in a “Hollywood accounting” lawsuit—one of the largest verdicts in entertainment industry history. His recent work also includes securing a groundbreaking ruling for homeless disabled veterans in Los Angeles, mandating significant reforms at the West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs campus to improve housing and services for veterans in need.

As National Trial Chair at Robins Kaplan, Mr. Silberfeld leads the firm’s trial strategies across the country, leveraging his extensive experience to guide high-profile cases to successful outcomes. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Silberfeld is deeply committed to public service and pro bono work, consistently advocating for marginalized communities.
