For the fifth year in a row, Robins Kaplan LLP has been recognized by Legal 500 as one of the nation’s leading firms for Antitrust: Civil Litigation/Class Actions. Hollis Salzman, managing partner of the New York office and co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, was again recognized as a Tier 1 Leading Lawyer in the same category. She is one of just 17 lawyers across the country to receive recognition on this year’s list.

Legal 500 highlighted the work that Salzman, practice co-chair K. Craig Wildfang, and partner Kellie Lerner have done representing consumers and businesses in actions against auto parts manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies.  Salzman currently serves as court-appointed co-lead counsel in In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, a private civil action that stems from one of the largest Department of Justice criminal investigations in United States history (over $1.2 billion in partial settlements with certain defendants to date).

Legal 500 rankings are based on surveys and interviews with more than 250,000 corporate counsel worldwide, as well as Legal 500’s own research. Law firm recommendations are based on national capabilities and emphasize practice teams rather than individuals.
