Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Rita Holmes-Bobo has joined the firm as Director of Diversity and Inclusion.

In this role, Ms. Holmes-Bobo will collaborate with the Diversity Committee and Working Groups and Black Firm Members Group to advance our recently announced goals promoting greater inclusion and equity across the organization. These objectives – which underscore Robins Kaplan’s commitment to greater equality – are aimed at increasing the representation of all historically underrepresented groups throughout the firm and in our recruitment efforts.

Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Ms. Holmes-Bobo served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at a Midwest-based law firm. She also previously served as the chief strategist and advisor for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, cultural awareness, and sensitivity at a behavioral healthcare and child welfare company, where she launched diversity and inclusion initiatives for 1,500 employees across five states.

“Rita has been a proven change leader in diversity and inclusion throughout her career,” says Chandra Kilgriff, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer. “We look forward to the insight and experience she will bring to Robins Kaplan as we continue our work to foster a more diverse and inclusive culture.”
