Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected as a finalist for The National Law Journal’s 2022 Elite Trial Lawyers Award in the area of Mass Tort. This award recognizes law firms that have provided cutting-edge representation and achieved major wins on behalf of Mass Tort plaintiffs.

In addition, Ben Steinberg, a partner in the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, has been named a “Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar.” This award category recognizes a select group of young lawyers under age 40 who are up-and-comers in the plaintiffs’ bar.

Steinberg is an antitrust litigator who prosecutes anticompetitive conduct, with a particular focus on conspiracies. He represents consumers and businesses harmed by price fixing, illegal monopolization, and other unlawful business practices. In 2020, the American Antitrust Institute honored him for “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer.”

This year’s finalists will be recognized and winners will be named at an awards dinner on July 14 in New York City.
